"It was an ok visit, ordered on the app and went to park to have food come out. They left off one sandwich and my nuggets were cold by the time they went back in and came back out of course your fries get cold so we ate those first...It was a busy time so I get that they are dropping items as needed but pay attention to hold times for certain products...Don't serve it if you wouldn't eat it. That is all."
"Just left and the service was definitely BAD. I repeated my order TWICE and the guy still didn’t get my order right. I sat at the window to get my food and realized he only charged me for one kids meal and the guy at the 2nd window had a whole attitude saying I would have to come back through the drive through. I parked and went inside and I heard the lady tell them “just give her a box” RUDE!! Also, I did not get the drink that I ordered for my child’s KIDS MEAL. I will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Fries was all over the floor as well as grease no they were not busy. I’d rather drive to North Augusta McDonalds for their service before I come here.Just sad ,Do BETTER!"
"Where to start? 1st they messed up taking my order at the drive thru. 2nd it took 30min jus to get my food 5bts meals . mean while everyone getting food going round me. Then they bring the food out and still forgot my order piece by piece. I had to go in like 3 times to get the rest of my things. We left and my son ate half his food and found something in it. Mind yu my now 8 going on 9 and has a his teeth. I took the food back. All of it and they tried to only give me partial of my money back. They refuse to give me money. They even called police. While I was there 3 other people ask for they money back too. I normally don't write bad reports but this place needs different management"
"Finally got my order at 8:28 pm . Went through drive cause I was expecting faster service ended up waiting 20 minutes for an average order . Got handed the wrong drink 3 different times . Also order a 10 piece nugget and got one sauce pack"
