"Ordered three large plates of oxtails with sides. It’s 4p in the afternoon and a Saturday. My husband was told it would be 1hr before order would be ready. Hesitant but we agreed. It took 2hrs before we received our order. No one came out to let us know the status of our order. I had to call the establishment. No apology or an offer to make things right. I was really disappointed. I am very big on customer service. What happened? Why did it take so long?"

"Let me just say the customer service was top tier!! I called to make sure they were indeed open and the owner Ms. Netti was so sweet and professional! I ordered the jerk chicken dinner with rice and peas and cabbage with a side of Mac and cheese. Chicken was grilled to perfection and wasn’t slimy! The skin was done and the jerk sauce was a good. The rice was fluffy and cabbage was good as well. She also has these sweet potatoes egg rolls and let’s just say they had me ready to slap my mama lol. I will certainly be back!"

"The food is ok. I had the oxtail and brown stewed chicken. I really enjoyed the cabbage. They were out of alot of stuff as well."
