"The staff is rude. The white girl working in there is extremely rude and argumentive with the customers. They messed up my order and then even after calling and they stated they were going to remake the whole meal when I got there they remade the rest of my food that was messed up but refused to remake the other. So now I am supposed to eat extremely cold food with my partially warm food and a soggy waffle. Not sure there the customer service is at this restaurant or maybe it could have been the strong odor of Marijuana at the door that had just been smoked. I would highly suggest you to avoid this location. This is the biggest waste of my money visiting this location tonight. I got my first order at 1254am and now just got my remake of certain items at 154am or so."

"I arrived at the Waffle House located at 2057 Gordon Hwy Augusta Ga. 30906. I Sat down to order and waited for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Placed an order for the Texas patty melt, sweet iced tea, and a waffle. Order was repeated and received food promptly. Arrived home to hopefully enjoy the meal and no waffle was in the bag, and I received no receipt. Called to have it taken off the card and was hung up on before my dispute was even heard. Rude because the employee mentioned what they aren't doing is taking call ins and and hung up before I could even discuss the issue. No professional greeting was given. I Called back calmly and stated my issue and was told I would have to return to the store. I went back to the store and asked for a full refund. Ticket was found as not having the waffle I ordered on it at all. I stated, the order was placed, however I don't wish to argue because I only have 2 hours to sleep before possibly doing a 13-16 hour shift. Could I just have the reimbursement pleased. Received the reimbursement. Professionalism and customer courtesy keeps customers coming. No one wants to feel insignificant or a bother."

"We always come to this one. I believe and feel this is the better Waffle House. This team in the morning is the best. Tbone Steak gone that speaks volumes."
