"Used to order take out from here three times a week. The last time, they got the order wrong. They argued and argued over whether we said white rice or fried rice. I finally I said if you want to resolve this, just bring me an order of fried rice (we are a mile from them) They agreed but then wanted to charge me $17 to deliver it! They’ve lost a three times a week customer over an order of rice. It’s not that there was an error. It’s the lack of ownership and willingness to fix it. Ridiculous! I guess they can afford to lose our business and I totally get how little they value customers now"

Due to the high volume of people placing orders online, by phone, and even in store, it still only took an hour and our food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
