"When I ask for customizations, they actually do it! Most Taco Bell locations that have been around a while ignore asking for changes/additions to menu items, but this new location has no trouble actually giving you extra cheese when you say extra cheese! Seems silly, but if you pay for customizations you should get them. At this South Lake location just past Waffle House & Leveled Up Karate, I know I'll get what I ordered. I always go late night. Great job night crew!"

"This was my first time to this taco bell location, even though they forgot my 5 layer burrito, I still think this one deserve 5☆stars because the food and service was great. The drive thru woman was super nice and helpful, it looked very clean from the outside, all of my food was hot and they did not skimp on ingredients, it was the best taco bell quesadilla I've had in years!"

"We stopped going to TB because the one in Red Bank tasted awful, and the workers were rude. We decided to stop and try this one, and it is good. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and it's clean."

"This is a new location so the exterior was very clean. I used the drive through. The clerk would not speak up and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I had ordered 3 of an item. When I got to the window no one greeted me and not a word was said after I paid. I then noticed I didn't have any of the three items I thought I ordered (confirming on the screen previously) I backed up and still no comment from the clerk and she handed me one item. I told her I ordered three and the she quickly stated I only ordered one. I then looked at my receipt and confirmed I only paid for one (I am not sure how this happened) I stated I saw three on the screen when ordering but she didn't care and did not offer anything even after I rounded up the bill to the nearest dollar when paying. I hope the customer service improves."

"Not sure what's going on with this location, little mistakes here or there when they first opened were to be expected, but it's been long enough now for them to have gotten the hang of things. We stop by this location 2 days ago and I was unable to upgrade my drink to a large because they didn't have any large cups. Today I picked up a mobile order and was promptly informed that they didn't have any tea, or hard taco shells. I allowed them to substitute soft instead and got a Pepsi zero. When I got home I was pleased with how well put together the food was as it has been quite sloppy from this location before, and the toppings were not skimped on. However, the meat was cold as if it had not been heated up yet. The potatoes were also very cold, and the texture was similar to if they had been cooked several hours ago and or yesterday and then reheated and left to get cold before served. And... The sauce selected on the mobile order was missing. These types of issues don't bode well given you can drive a couple miles into Red Bank to another, well seasoned location, especially when there is never ever more than one person in line so it isn't bc they are slammed. Can't really fathom a good excuse here."
