"My experience at 5 guys definitely wasn’t worth 5 stars. As I patiently waited on my order my 2 year old daughter accidentally spilled her drink. I asked the employee Charmaine W. (I assume that’s her real name ) to please hand me a napkin nicely. This lady rolled her eyes and said napkins will come in your bag. I said my child spilled her drink and she rolled her eye again ignored me. The napkins and paper towels were literally reaching distance and she wasn’t busy so why be so disrespectful to a paying customer, this type of energy will definitely cause this establishment to lose business. The manager seemed afraid to address the situation but he did provide me with the information I needed"

"Five guys is one of the better "fast food" Burger chains available. However it's getting pretty hard to justify the great hamburgers when the prices have gotten so expensive. For me and my wife to eat cost just about 40 dollars. Again, good food but I can find better for the price range."

"This is my first time at this store, but the food here is always good. They're a bit expensive, but good. My budget doesn't allow me to dine at this franchise regularly due to this. This store had worker pulling double duties. She was the cashier as well as cleaning and sweeping the floor. The other workers were extremely busy filling orders."

"Great experience! Clean cafe, exceptional customer service, and delicious food. I left happy and I would absolutely recommend this location! Don’t waste your time at Checkers or Burger King. These are the best fast food Burgers in town. Plus the fries…ummm yea, they are incredible. If you are in the area, craving a great burger and you love fresh fries (and LOTS of them); stop in and order! Thank me later."
