"Got there at closing and had forgotten my money. All I was wanting was a drink. The manager was really nice. She gave me a cup like a water cup which was fine with me. She also let me get drink from the fountain. She didn't limit me to just water. She could have just said no! Thankfully she was having a great day."

"Bathrooms were trashed and smelly. Everyone was gathered by the bathrooms on their phones. The kiosks were down. No one up front. When I got someone's attention, they had a massive attitude. Asked for a smoothie, the machine was down. Asked for a mcflurry, was told the machine wasn't plugged up. Asked them why they don't just plug it back in and was told the cord was broken. I then tried to ask for their 40 pc meal, and was told they didn't have anymore nuggets for that meal. Very rude and just severely disappointing. Will not be coming back to this location, EVER."

"This place looked like and ran like you would imagine a soup sandwich would. It was chaotic disorganized and very slow. And while sometimes things happen and some grace is always in order, this place stumbled over itself over and over again without fixing problems, and I waited on an order from the mobile app for over a half an hour, so I had time to witness the happenings. The worst part of all of it is that the store was very unclean. There was trash on the floor in multiple places, just walking across the floor It was hard to imagine the last time it was mopped, and there were condiment packages and sugar packets strewn about on just about every surface around the cash register and front counter areas. I'm not sure what is actually going on in this place, but I'm pretty sure most of it is outside what the standards say should be going on."

"Chicken wasn't fully cooked in the breakfast biscuit this morning, and it smelled like plastic. I should have known better than to go here for my own food because when I stop here to pick up Door Dash orders, there's always some kind of issue. The place is filthy, there's rude or just ignorant service, or orders are incorrect."

"7/7 I lost my taste for the fries and sweet tea after entering this McDonald's. This is the nastiest, most disgusting restaurant I've ever visited. The bathroom floor was full of urine from the door to the toilet. The smell of urine was enough. Floor was soaked at the drink machines. I ask the girl behind the counter to get the sweet tea from behind the counter. I say if I fall McDonald's will read about it. She puts my drink on the counter. I go to pick it up and what do I see. A fly laying dying. What did the young lady do Nothing just as the crew member who was in the bathroom when I entered. I couldn't stomach the smell nor bare to attempt to think of squatting while standing in urine. Like my grandpa say if ya kitchen and bathroom nasty you common and your house isn't fit to eat out of or have guest. Smh how can any restaurant look and smell worse than a gas station bathroom? McDonald's I threw your fries and drink in the trash at waffle house. I felt so uncomfortable I sat in my car and sprayed my shoes down in lysol, drove home barefooted. Your restaurant crew has contaminated my Jordan's. Your crew b/c apart of their job description is cleaning. They have failed. Inspection grade is ND nasty and disgusting. Congratulations.
