"The Washington rd Burger King has really hit a home run!!! I got a #1 which is a whopper then I adde cheese the meat was just cooked and hot the lettuce and tomatoes was very fresh and chilled Great job glad to get great food from a fast food restaurant.! If I had any dislikes it would be too much mayo and ketchup but that’s just my preference if you need a quick lunch, this is a must go to fast food restaurant"

"8:30 at night or 8:40 excuse me you can't go in and eat here sign says lobby closes at 10:00 even Google says lobby closes at 10:00. Burger King is not a place to try and go after 6:30 at night anywhere in Augusta all Burger King's close whenever they decide"

"This location of Burger King has it all together, no complaints food is good, customer service is great, service great. 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. I would recommend this location above any other I have ordered from."

"The customer service needs a serious uphaul. The drive thru is very slow so I did a walk-in. When I walked in, there was no greeting. From the young lady (I believe was a member of mgmt) standing with her back to me as she was engaged with her phone, to the large gentleman with the dreads who was talking loudly, looked at me twice and never said a word, it was a disappointing experience. Customer service is really lost at this location."

"If you catch the right person in the back building sandwiches, it's on point. I've gotten Whoppers that look like the commercials. Again, it can vary depending on who's in there. Worth looking into if you need a quick bite. 4 stars because it almost looks closed. Do not let that fool you on quality, it's usually pretty decent compared to the other BKs in town."
