"The customer service is awful. I do understand what it's like to be busy with fast food, but you will not be acknowledged when you walk into this location and you will probably get a side of attitude with your fries if you bring it to their attention. I've given this location multiple chances, but I won't be back again.."

"Never really had a problem at this store employees are great they might be a little short-handed sometimes but they always get the job done. And this is for the customers some of you are the reason why it takes so long to get things done reason being. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to decide what you want off the menu that should have been decided before you even pulled in the parking lot I mean come on it's McDonald's."

"Here is my receipt, I placed my order at 2:26 pm in the drive through. It is now 2:50 pm and I am still waiting! This place is terrible, most of the staff are inconsiderate and rude, it is now 2:55 and the food just came out and the order is completely wrong! I don’t know if this a corporate own McDonald’s or a franchise, either way the management needs to get their act together, this is inexcusable! I only give it one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give it anything less."

"Always seems to be a long line here. Then my order was wrong. Breakfast biscuit was tiny and the hash brown was a grease ball that leaked through the bag and onto my car seat. I get way better service at Wheeler and Columbia Rd."

"The service can be much better. My food is never fresh and I hate that. I've gotten the wrong meal before and was so mad I just ate it because I didn't feel like turning around in all that traffic to get back in line for something they messed up. I really hope they get better at what they are feeding people and customer service. It's like they have an attitude because yoy are ordering food."
