"I got here super late thursday night while driving to Tennessee. I was promptly greeted by the girl behind the counter, and she made me feel like I've known her for years. Service was top notch, and the food was super tasty."

"This first Waffle House I ever successfully got the “extra crispy” all the way thru hash browns, I always order but never get lol. Chef was great took order and cooked, added all the extra veggies I requested, servers were cleaning and singing. Good vibes for 3/4 am nice and quiet, it was good food, good service, walking distance from my hotel."

"Arrived at 540 with no other guest in the restaurant. There were two staff members, one in the gril area and one young lady cleaning down tables. The young lady continued to clean the tables for about 10 minutes with no hello, good morning or any notice to the two of us that arrived. We waited for her to come over to take our drink order. I asked if we could get some help in which we were then told as she took out her ear buds they don't serve food till about 7 am. We were very confused as to why this waffle house was open if no food is being served and why didn't this young lady say something when we first arrived. Very rude, in considerate, and unprofessional."
