"Not many people working so things were kind of slow and a bit expensive. Youd think they shipped the food from Mexico, but they didn't because it wasn't nearly that good. It was ok. They have these roasted potatoes that get dry and hard and wind up chewy and unappealing. Personally I think they should start using tater tots instead of roasted potatoes. Tots would be crispier without being chewy. Also the serving portions are small. I know places are struggling, but if you start to make customers feel like they have overpaid for underwhelming food, and undersized portions and barely any kitchen staff to ensure fast fresh food items, then you will really start driving the struggle bus, because nobody will want to be your guest in that location. At least the bathroom wasn't wrecked."

"Wasted 26.00 dollars on old food, crunchy tacos were soggy and the bell grande I requested no beans was full of beans s no meat. Never will I eat Taco Bell. I’ll just make my own."

Just spent $45 on food that was completely wrong no beans on Supreme burritos is actually all beans and the rest skimpy. I would like to add photos of what meat was smeared on the tortilla. "Food was good and all but I paid $35 on DoorDash just to have someone put an extra tortilla on one of the plain soft tacos as if they were lazy to make the 5th one. Then I didn’t receive the extra black bean soft taco with extra cheese that I ordered. Nor did we get the 10 mild sauce I asked for which is unfortunate because I’m sure I would have gotten it if I went through the drive thru right? Everything should’ve been clear to read, especially if it shows up correct on the receipt. No one double checks orders anymore ??"
