"I did a mobile order and order a chili with cheese why in my bag they didnt have crackers or chili sauce or spoon or napkins and didnt even put the cheese in it so disappointed in wendys service and whoever made the Chili did a bad job it was mostly Juice in it barely no beans or meat in at all!!!"

"January 13, 2024 my wife went to go get me breakfast from the Wendy's on 3013 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA 30906 around 10am . I told my wife that I want French toast and potatoe wedges. Once she made it home I open the bag and there was my breakfast I ordered I saw one of the French toast was shorter than the others ones in the container that holds the breadsticks of French toast. I picked up the one I saw and it was bitten full teeth half of the stick was bitten off.. and place back in the container .. I was disappointed ,disgustingly grossed out, I normally home cook daily so it's rare that I go outside my home to ear but I have had Wendy's French toast it it's way better than. Burger King in my opinion.. so I go get dressed tell my wife I want to ride back to store with her. Get to store the rude ghetto manager hears the complaint then looks at food takes the one stick out with her BARE HANDS. THEN PLACE IT BACK IN CONTAINER . Then say she is goin to check the cameras after telling whole staff of 4 plus women the messy issue so now everyone comes to front counter while the management check camera footage . And say she say the lady fix the food bag the food n hand it out window . And I need to talk to my wife. About why is there a bite mark her employee didn't do it n she isn't returning my money or bother to remake the food . And slides the bag across the counter after her bare hand been all pulling in the bag as well. Then crew members yelling they tried it so I express I will reach out to corporate and did file a complaint with them as well waiting on return call .. those women was unprofessional, as well group up to intimidated me and my wife . And didnt follow threw with customers service. Someone I. That store bitten off my food and put in into bag and passed it out the drive thru window very hazards n food contamination illness"

"The manager tonight was very unprofessional! I called to let them know they left my burgers out of the bag! I heard the employee say in the background that we pulled off. The manager was rude on the first call! The second call was worse when I called back to explain to her that I heard the young lady say we pulled off! But she had NO listening skills! The employee gave us our drinks! She gave us our bag! We sat there for a second to ask her about the drink and she answered and that was it! Did not say I had to wait or anything else! The manager was RUDE on the phone! GHETTO! So I decided to get a refund instead of the food after driving 15 miles back! Literally had to pull back out my driveway! I got there and Told the young lady I just want a refund! She was polite! BUT THIS manager (light skinned with blonde hair, I guess) did not speak or say anything to me! I’ve never seen a manager in all my life act in this manner and I use to work in the restaurant business! She was agitated and downright rude! She took my food and slammed it in the trash! Like I cursed her out or something! I will be calling corporate in the morning! She needs more training on customer service! Clearly she has NO CLUE! And definitely don’t need to be working in any management position with the way she behaved tonight!"

"I just came here around 2:41pm for a Doordash order and had quite the odd interaction with the girl/woman on the register. I said hello and since my order wasn’t ready I just said hi and the name of the order. She then grabbed the order for me and I said thank you - have a great day to which she ignored me and just looked at the customer after me. During the whole interaction she didn’t say a single word! I’m not sure what kind of day she is having but I hope in the future she learns to not project it onto others!"

"I ordered a large frosticinno with extra vanilla for the drink with my meal. The girl rung me up for a frosty instead. Their mistake!!!! Wait 20 minutes for them to bring the wrong drink. Then when I do get the drink it’s small. I asked for a large manager on duty say well she rung you up for a small. So I still couldn’t get a large for the mistake and wait? Her reply no. Where the customer service at????"
