"When you call, it states open 24/7 and available. Instead of directing me to the correct place to call, the rude, disrespectful dispatcher just yelled at me that they aren't open and hung up. Absolutely refuse to allow to be transported through them with Medicaid and NYS should really do something about this seeing is MEDICAID IS PAYING FOR THEM! Also, wasn't aware they closed at 6 pm. I have the calls and the proof recorded if you would like that. But this company, isn't worth a thing and the fact that this is allowed with no repercussion. Definitely will be taking this to Medicaid as well. Already sent the call and call records to them."
