"You have to know your prices because TSC offers great deals, but most of the time they run higher than other stores for similar products. I bought a tow chain the other day at the suggestion of another. A 12' custom cut tow chain comes loose, even though it's oiled, and all necessary hooks and hardware are separate. They feed you 12' of 3/8" tow chain in a greasy pile weighing around the 20-25-lb mark without a bag at an astounding retail cost totalling $130!! Home Depot sells a longer version of same chain that comes complete with everything you need. It's not greasy and includes a durable resealable pouch for $50! The staff at the Utica location make it a much less desirable location to shop than Rome. I prefer the Rome location where the staff and managers are friendly and helpful. I won't be going to the Utica location for anything other than returning the tow chain."
