"Drivers are lazy. I have tried communicating with UPS multiple times on how my packages are consistently being dropped off at the incorrect address. Employees clearly do not understand what a Duplex is. I don't understand how these drivers cannot read a simple address. I now try to make every package through USPS or FedEx due to their incompetence."
"I have yet to ship my box. Poor rating due to accessible hours. 4pm -5pm is a little late and business hours should be from 9am-5 or 6pm. Ridiculous to find a UPS store with 7 or so local service locations."
"*NOTE* The Customer Center is only open 4pm-5pm Mon-Fri. There is no information online or through UPS corporate to indicate this small window of opportunity to pick up your long awaited package. This facility is run like a total clown show. I'll never ship through UPS again knowing this is the level of service they provide. I live in a duplex and neither myself nor my neighbor could hear the driver attempt to knock to complete the delivery. I paid extra for 2 day shipping which has now become a waste of money."
