"A darn good place to stop in and eat some lunch, Definitely a place worth checking out. The seating is kind of limited so you may want to eat in your car."
"A great hole in the wall, homespun, family owned place in the back of a gift/frame shop overlooking the airport. Tuna was fresh opened and made to order, homemade chili, thick fried bologna sandwich. Turkey, beef, and pork dogs. Homemade desserts. Just like how your mama would make you lunch."
"My family owns a frame and hand drawn art place with nice nacs to buy and cherish different art or pictures you have around the house or some u might be interested in buying drawn by her son."
"Mmmmm hot dogs!! Quaint little picture framing store with a hot dog stand tucked into the back. Yummy dogs with a great selection of toppings at very reasonable prices. Easy to pass by but watch for it on Rte 1, north of town and just across from the end of the Aiken Airport runway. If you're into crafting, a lively group of nice people meets there once a month to visit and create fun things (call for more info)."
"4 stars for the sweet owner with the easy smile who truly loves to visit with her customers! She makes her own pimento cheese and chicken salad, and also has a variety of her home made sweets on hand for dessert, except for her pecan pie, which she volunteers is bought, because "it tastes as good as mine!" Lots of hot dog options and also sandwiches with white or wheat bread. Bagged chips for your side. You walk into a framing/gift shop and the sweet owner directs you to the back "watch the step down" through a hallway to a tiny room with 2 tables and a counter. Don't expect Anything fancy! Well worth a stop for a quick lunch, or breakfast on most Saturdays. (We stopped in around 3 in the afternoon, and she stopped her work in the front shop with a smile, to come back and feed us! She's gets most of her business from locals and contractors, and some like us from folks traveling through on the interstate.)"
