"Very nice campground. The host is very nice and helpful, bath houses are very clean and the campground is very clean and taken care of. The sites are very large"

"Loved it as always. This time the ants were horrible. I have never seen them this bad. Bath house are very clean but no ac so it is hot. Just wish state parks had sewer hook ups"

"Great relaxing weekend. Love how only campers are allowed in the area, so never got crowned. My only minus was (unless we missed it) no store for firewood or ice or camping items, but next time will prepare for that."

"What a lovely clean campground on Strom Thurmond Lake. Nice spacios sites on the lake. Most sites you can pull your boat and park at your campsite. There is a boat launch. Lot of loop sites where you pull thru. Electric and water hookups and a dump station."

"Wow! We only stayed 2 nights ( #75), we enjoyed everything about this place! The deer that greeted us as we were driving in :) the quiet & peace, the views of the lake, the cleanliness, the privacy of the spots, the friendliness of Nannette. The ONLY thing unacceptable is that it's not year round! We have to wait until spring to go back!"
