". Two nights in a row we have been to this location for our order both times they told us they're out of meat. Tonight really broke the camels back. After taking orders and then tell me no meat that were not going to make the God D@$& order anyway. I will not be back to this location ever again. This is absolutely uncalled for. Told Mgr on duty and she acted like she didn't care. Good by Taco Bell in Clinton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They apparently don’t know the difference between a hard shell taco and Crunchwrap supreme, ordered thru the drive thru and when food came out I had food I didn’t order and staff didn’t care. Ordered two Crunchwrap supremes and chicken chipotle burritos and got one cheese quesadilla, two hard shell tacos, and one soft shell taco. Will not come back to this location"

"Just go up the road to the location in Laurens. This place is a nightmare. Pricier and the kitchen staff serves like condiments come out of their personal paychecks. They made my burrito TRULY terribly and I called to ask politely if there had been a misunderstanding - it was torn in half and exploded in my hand as soon as I opened it because the tortilla was stale. I didn't want to drive back over a $2.50 burrito. Offered to send photos. They made me drive it back. I did and asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund and instead remade the burrito. This endeavor took up 20 minutes of my time. To the MOD's credit - she attempted to make it right by making two of the very bad burrito I had been served to replace the one. Unfortunately, it seems they're just trained differently in this location. Because it was still a bone dry mess, both of them. And the tortillas are still sale. They weren't as bad, because it seems they were made with a little more care for ratio, but there was about a half a teaspoon of guac at the very bottom of one of them and none I could taste in the 2nd. I'm sure it was there, but not noticeably. I only stopped at this location because I was passing through the area and I went to the Laurens store for a quick pick me up on a long journey of a day, I had my doubts about a value menu burrito, but my thinking was how badly can you mess up rice, beans and guac? At the location down the road, the answer was not at all. And it was $2 well spent. I specifically paid extra to have onions added to them because onions should just be on burritos. The replacements did not have onions on them. It is a sad day, I am uploading a photo of the first burrito I got, and the meter of the two replacements. I will say of this burrito that somehow although it is bone dry besides the sauce that I poured on it from the one sauce packet I was giving, the outside rapper is for some reason covered in grease. I'm guessing from the adjacent KFC and leftover chicken or fries or biscuit or whatever attached. I used to work for Taco Bell. It's not rocket science. And I have never in my life heard of refunds not being allowed especially when a receipt and the entire burrito sounds one very terrible bite of nothing but tortilla is given to you."

"I typically love Taco Bell and we went 10 minutes out of our way to stop at this Taco Bell… worst mistake ever! We ordered chips and cheese, they forgot the chips, I ordered crunch wrap supreme with no sour cream, it came with sour cream, my husband literally had 8 fries with his order, our tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or lettuce on them, and our nacho bell grande was more like a taco salad. Not one whole chip in the bunch, all crumbs (see pics below). They were nice enough to remake my crunch wrap with no sour cream, and quickly. It seemed like it took for ever to get our food, probably because we were so hungry…. But turned into disappointment once we got our food. The management needs to make some changes soon or this TacoBell/ KFC won’t be open for much longer. You would think at noon the place would be packed, but only 2-3 other people in the place. This should have been our first clue to run, and drive 40 mins up the road for a better Taco Bell. And to top things off our bill was $53 for a family of 4…Wowza! I spent a lot of time with this review that I would hope the manger would respond… we shall see!!"

"ABSOLUTELY WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO. FOOD WAS COLD, NOT MADE CORRECT, SOGGY....YES I SAID SOGGY. I ORDERED STEAK CHALUPAS, THEY CAME OUT COMPLETELY MESSED UP WITH SOME KIND OF ORANGE SAUCE ALL OVER THEM, NO CHEESE, THE SOUR CREAM WAS GROSS OBVIOUSLY OUTDATED AND GRITTY AND WORST OF ALL COMPLETELY SQUISHED. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS IF IT SAVED MY LIFE. I WILL LITERALLY DRIVE 30 PLUS MINUTES TO A DIFFERENT TACO BELL. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!"
