"Pulled up to the drive through to order and did not get a answer within 2-5 minutes of sitting there, did it again and the same thing happened, so I pulled to the window sat for a minute while two employees stood in the corner laughing, on thier telephone, taking pictures…. I’ve always enjoyed Bo jangles, but I assure you I will not return to this bo jangles! It’s sad that this place is on the interstate and has this type of service"

"Give Lief a raise, he’s the only one doing anything when I came in. Poor guy running cash, wrap, and fryers all with a smile on his face and being apologetic as well. Dude should be in charge of this place. Edit: after attempting to go back in to get my order fixed (I gave up after 30 minutes) I witnessed the manager proceed to tell Lief how to do his job EVEN THOUGH Lief was the ONLY one doing anything. Dude if you see this and ever come up to TN I got you a job waiting. Management DO BETTER!!!"

"Went through the drive through and order two of the three piece chicken dinner and got home to come to find out that both dinners only had two pieces of chicken in each box and neathier box’s came with utensils for the dirty rice or the Mac N cheese the customer service for this Bojangles needs improvement because this is not what I was expecting when I order I’m very disappointed… also my rice is very watery chicken isn’t fully cooked like I’m very disappointed this can make someone very sick… and then proceed to tell me I have to come back the following day witch will be on a Sunday on 11/19/23 and my chicken is not completely done by the time I go back I’m want to get my money back or something I literally spent my money on this for nothing because this is unacceptable and it can not be eaten so that’s two whole dinners that I’ve bought and paid for and everything was under cooked like I can’t explain how aweful this is the customer service on night shift needs to get it together like I don’t understand as many years as I’ve worked in customer service and restaurant service I would have never served anything like this I would have asked my customer to come back to the store that night and made it right but with me having to wait until tomorrow morning don’t know if I’ll get my money back or any more food like after this is solved I will not be back to this current location how would have felt if they would have gotten under cooked food they would be a bit upset as well"

"One of the best fast food places I've been to in a bit. I don't usually get fast food but I was in a hurry so I swung by and went through the drive thru. I was a little skeptical with it only having a 2.2 star rating but wow is that wrong! The lady working the window was very friendly; they got the food out very quick, it was good, and it was plenty of enough food. Haven't seen a place fill up the fries this good in many years and there was still a few in the bag that fell out."
