Chick-fil-A 930 Northeast Main Street, Simpsonville, SC 29681

"This morning I saw this lady working then sat down to eat. Then got up twice to serve two customers. Kudos Kudos to that lady. It was couple. She gave the lady a fresh order of hash browns and a extra biscuit on the house. Then correct the man's order. This why they will never go out business. Since I have been eating at Chick Fil A little more my orders have been fresh and customers service has been top notch. They also sound Siri on the iPhone when they say, It's my Pleasure which is kinda funny. Lol"

"Food was excellent. The couple of times we’ve been here their chicken is more heavily breaded than other Chick-fil-a’s. I like that but others may not. Subtracted one star because they asked me to pull up in the drive thru which is a pet peeve of mine."

"I have tried to give this location a while to get on par with normal Chic-Fil-A service since opening. It has not happed and seems to get worse. They are slow, when there is someone taking orders. We sat in line this morning for about 25 minutes with no one in sight taking orders for at least 10 minutes. There was only 5 cars in the order line. The mobile line was packed and just sitting. Me and everyone else in the order line pulled around to the drive through and no one was taking orders there. Someone finally appeared on the pick up side of the line and began slowly taking orders. To my dismay when he finally took my order I was told the Muffin machine was broke and they only had biscuits. Seems like it is not only under staffed, but just mismanaged completely. Nice building , great location, ,lots of potential, but currently a huge disappointment."

"Went through the drive-through for breakfast paid way too much money for the little amount of food that I got. The breakfast bowl I ordered look like somebody had already taken six bites out of it."

"If you’re looking for fast and good service, definitely visit this location. I did an online pick-up order and it was ready within 2 minutes of me coming into the restaurant. The food was good and the drinks were flavorful."
