"I want to recognize one of the managers, Tamela Adams. We had a long delay on an order during busy Thanksgiving weekend. She made good on her promise for a future order."

"Crazy. Called the phone number and got automated assistant, then it patched me to a call center to take my order. So I asked how long the wait time was for a pickup and was told she couldn't tell me until AFTER I placed my order. I explained that another location was an 1.5h wait and that didn't work for me, and so I called this Hwy14 location. She said sorry, so I said no thanks, and waited for the automated 1-question survey that was supposed to follow the call. No dice - she said no survey since I didn't order. Nope. Done with this location."

"I got very sick after ordering a Shaq pizza yesterday. After ordering here a few times and this occurring everytime, I plan to not get Papa John’s again. Service is great but something is wrong with the pizza."

"The Works pizza was absolutely perfect in every way. Every topping was generous in portion and evenly distributed, including cheese. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, but this location has been this good on multiple occasions (more than two)."

"If I could give less than one star I would. While I was visiting with my niece and her family in Simpsonville, we decided to get pizza from the Papa Johns not far from their house. We ordered 3 pizzas. This isn’t the first time we have ordered from Papa Johns, but it will be the last time ordering from here. There was a fly cooked in the meat lovers pizza. This is just nasty, and when all 3 pizzas were returned the manager acted like she didn’t even care. Pizzas returned, money given back. BE SURE TO LOOK at your pizzas from this place, you just may have an extra ingredient cooked in your pizza, a dead fly."
