Reviews
"My boyfriend and I used to like coming here for a quick bite, but just a few days ago we found insects in the chocolate shake we ordered. At first I thought it was specks of dirt or something from an unclean machine (which is a whole different problem), but on closer inspection I realized they were bugs. They're lucky we didn't get sick or call DHEC. I probably won't be eating here again until they have new management- this isn't a problem that should even happen."
"If i could give 0 stars i would. Has to be the worst McDonald’s in ALL of Greenville County. It takes 15 min for someone to even acknowledge you and take your order in the drive thru…and then your food is cold when you get it. Or they ask you to pull Over to wait on your food only to receive cold food. It’s always an extended wait for no good reason!"
"After ordering 2 regular hamburgers at the kiosk, with only 2 people ahead of me, it took 23 minutes to get my order. The hamburgers had what was obviously meat patties that not only had been pre-cooked earlier in the day but also tasted old too. The buns were flat and dried out like they had been overheated in a microwave. Honestly, they were the very worst hamburgers I've ever had. McDonald's has definitely gone down in quality and service. I won't be back."
"Went through the drive-thru and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. When I got home, realized they didn’t put any cheese on it and there was so much salt and pepper on the burger patty that I ended up just throwing it out because it was extremely salty. The fries in both the kids meals I ordered were also cold."
"After waiting in the second drive thru line for around 10 minutes I saw people entering the other drive thru line and getting their orders taken. I pull up to the window and tell the employee this to a lukewarm "Sorry, they must've forgotten to turn off the light." The people in front of me ordered just fine, but I can let this go. After around 20 minutes from placing my order someone comes out and says their system crashed. He takes my receipt. He comes out again to ask what I had. I remind him I gave him my receipt. He said his manager took it. Eventually I get my food without any drinks or mcflurrys. He asks what I had again. After probably 10 minutes I get that stuff. All in all I spent 45 minutes there! I finally get home to eat. By then my food is cold, my fries are the wrong size, and my mcflurrys are oreo instead of m and m. Not to mention my quarter pounder is actually a slightly burnt patty melt since there are no condiments or veggies. I will NEVER visit this location again unless I am seriously compensated. I have worked fast food and had to deal with system crashes and it is still possible to offer excellent service if you inform incoming customers about the wait and have carbon copies for orders. This sort of horror story would never happen at chikfila."
