Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings 1660 East Greenville Street, Anderson, SC 29621

"So it's been a year and I decided to try Zaxby's out again at someone elses request. A year later and they still don't know how to make their own salad. Review from 2022: Knew the person who took out order in the drive through didn't get it right so when we pulled up to the window we thought we would do damage control by correcting the order. Still managed to get the order wrong and had us park to wait on a straw and tomato. Had to eventually walk in and just ask since it was taking so long. They even had the nerve to try and charge me an additional fee for the tomato they forgot. The icing on the cake is that while I was up at the counter ANOTHER person came up with the wrong order and after the whole interaction the two other people waiting in line just left."

"I usually like this place & I usually get the right food. I ordered 3 meals in drive-thru & only one of them was correct. When I came back in, with the box of food and receipt in hand, still, the employees behind the counter & in the kitchen tried to insinuate that I ate some of the food they gave me all because I came back 30 minutes later. Yes, it’s my fault for not checking my bag before I left, but I didn’t realize until I got home, that’s why I came back 30 minutes later. The food that wasn’t even mine looked brown, limp, and soggy, and it didn’t even look edible. Who the hell would eat that garbage??? One of the ladies quickly fixed it & apologized for the inconvenience, however questioning me when YOU messed up makes no sense! Won’t be back, bunch of sorry workers!"

"This restaurant has just gone downhill. My wife and I stopped by today and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (I think we were the third vehicle in line). We thought that maybe the store was short staffed, but once we got to the window we saw 4 people in the front (we could not see in the back). The 4 people out front were just chilling and joking. I fully expect people to be able to enjoy themselves at work but not when their service and work is subpar. While they smiled and laughed with each other, we could barely get normal pleasantries. Then the food, we ordered the wings and things. The wings were hardly tossed or covered in sauce, and the fries left a little to be desired, considering it was over $20 for the two plates. It doesn't take much to be one of the better fast-food restaurants in Anderson and this Zaxby's used to be one of them, but it has a ways to go to get back to that status."

"Have you seen your reviews lately? I just paid $13.60 for a house salad tossed and tongue torch look at the picture it's not tossed! The tomatoes Taste like mildew, the bagged lettuce is gross it used to be fresh cut Took away the blue cheese salad and fried mushrooms too. Why are you ruining Zaxby's name?"

"Online ordering was not working today. It said to choose a later day and time but no days or times were available. I would up going in to order. Clean inside and employees were great. Wait time was as expected. Unfortunately the fried pickles were disastrous. Grease everywhere. I mean swimming in grease (see photos) I dumped them on a bunch of napkins which helped however there had to be like a quarter cup of oil just swimming around. Looking past the grease the pickles were pretty decent."
