"I dont usually leave reviews. If i could leave 0 stars. I would. Never eat at this zaxbys ever!!! Im a zax lover. My first time here. I pulled off after waiting 30min in the drive thru. Just stopped their again tonight. Harrison at the drive thru was the worst person i have ever encountered and that says alot comimg from someome who is a manager in the customer service industry. We asked him to hold for a sec while we look at menu. Once we was ready to order. His exact words. What do you want. Said with attitude like taking our order was annoying or bothering him. Then he was rude asking about the flavor. Finally we told him he needs to check his attitude and if he hates his job so much as he is making it see he needs to quit. Then we pulled off and my wife refused to go back or to the other zaxbys close to us.Called and spoke with manager Matthew he handled the issue poorly. Worst zaxbys i ever been to. May not try anothet zaxby ever. Defiantly not this one."

"Was told by Easley store that we could get food that they left out of our orders, at the Powdersville location bc it was closer to us Husband went to Powdersville and they refused to honor that request so we had to pay again. Poor customer service"

"I am so sick and tired of fast food restaurants screwing up orders. I clearly said no Zax Sauce and switch it for Tongue Torch. For as much as yall get paid now, you could at least get a simple order correct. It's not that hard, and you weren't that busy."
