River Forks Cafe

"Son came to visit so ended up here for lunch. I had the black n blue burger w/fries and he had the philly cheesesteak (no onion/peppers) w/fries and both got sweet tea. Portion sizes were acceptable. my burger could have used more "blue" flavoring and it seemed over cooked, but it filled the emptiness in the belly. Meanwhile, the philly cheesesteak came with yellow american cheese which was a surprised him...norm was either provolone or mozzarella. Waitress was kind and gracious stating on your next visit make a special request for a different cheese. I thought it a little on the pricier side but given it's not "fast food chain" quality - I'll gladly support local businesses. I would return and recommend this location."

"Convenient brunch spot! Convenient location and friendly service. Nice start with hand sanitizer on the table. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the home fries. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. There were TVs, table games for kids and there were tables on the outside patio for when the weather is nice."

"Excellent place to grab breakfast/lunch. The American plate was very good and even though the restaurant was busy on a Sunday the service was still great. Their shrimp poboy was also very good. It's a quick drive to the Springfield campground. 5 stars!"
