"Rebecca is THE BEST waitress. We were a party of 10 and pretty needy, but she did a phenomenal job. She was prompt, polite, and extremely personable. She's one of, if not the, best waitress we've ever had. Not to mention, she's beautiful. Y'all go see her. You won't be disappointed. Oh, the food was good, too."

"We started with the beer battered cheese curds, yummmm. Philly cheese steak is really good. Quasdilla was great. The wings, though. We're beyond tiny. I AM NOT paying $10 for 6 tiny wings."

"Used to go to the Carolina Ale House in NC and had always enjoyed it. Very disappointed at this one. Food quality really went down hill. My son's penne with marinara sauce was dry and gross and came with a side of fruit that had fruit juice in pasta. Meatball looked like it was a solid stone - didn't bother even trying. Overall cleanliness was poor. Soap dispenser broken with no soap on bathroom. A broom would do that place wonders."

"The establishment adds the credit card processing fee to your bill, as S/C fee. I thought that was part of your operating cost not mines. Also the rice was old and hard like at the bottom of the pot. The fried fish and shrimp was so greasy and dark like the oil hasn’t been changed in forever. Service was bad as the waiter talked to coworkers more than waited on the table. We properly want be back to this location."

"Despite the fact my bartender Christina being AMAZING, the rest of the staff was below average. I'm a regular at the downtown location but every time I visit Woodruff Rd location there's disappointment. My food was approximately 40 minutes late and might I add burnt. This will be my LAST time visiting this location. There's never a sense of concern nor urgency."
