"Consistently out of main menu items. Salad was served with brown vegetables. Someone from headquarters needs to go there and seriously crack the whip on these teenagers bc I doubt that there’s a single adult in the store. Lost my business for sure on this last one."

"I got their late so I'll give till next time to redeem the food. I got 5 1 Oz tenders for like 12 to 13 dollars. They were over cooked on top of the portion. 1 ounce tend e r cooks in roughly 2 minutes I'd oil is hot dredged correctly. Anyway they were hard working kids. Good job."

"I had a mobile order to pick up. The dining room was closed and locked but had a sign up outside saying to come in to get order. They drive thru was wrapped around the building so you couldn't just walk up to ask for my order. So I'm standing in the rain waiting until I could tell them at the drive thur window. Finally out my food and was missing items and had to go back in the store , so when I got home of course my food cold. I won't be back to this zaxby."

"Unfortunately, this is the closest Zaxby's to me so I have been coming here for a long time but for the past couple of years the customer service here has gotten unbearable. The most recent experience that led me to finally write a review happened on December 10. We ordered through the app (something we started doing because they take so long to take our order and prepare our food at the drive through), got in the drive through line (because the dining area is always closed) and there was a long line (no surprise.) I noticed people were leaving but just thought it was the usual of them taking long. I get to the speaker and no one takes my order. At this point I'm already suspecting something is going on so I don't wait long before driving to the window. I look inside and there is no one inside. I look at the screens and they are all blank. I figure out that there is literally not a soul in the restaurant and there is no sign anywhere for people to know that the place is closed. I proceed to tell every customer waiting in line that there is no one inside. Several of us in line had made an online order. We tried calling other Zaxby's locations and they couldn't do anything about it. I had no choice but to leave and by this point, I was running late to a Christmas event so I had to ask a relative to get food for my kids. In total, I spent about an hour at the location by the time I finally left. I went by the location later that evening to ask about a refund and all the person said at the drive through was that everyone would get a a refund within 24 hours. Didn't get offered any kind of discount, free meal, not even an apology (so please don't do so now). I am now driving a few more miles to the one on Poinsett Hwy or in Easley."
