"The food is good the real big issue here is the lack of employees. Two people working in the back filling door dash orders/walk in orders. I think the manager needs to hire more people. Other than that this place is good."

"If I ever have to come back, I'm ordering ahead because ateast that'll shave 10 minutes off of a half hour wait. They will always prioritize online orders, or maybe the ones I saw knew to order a long time ahead. Food wasn't bad, no flats though. Would suggest just going to the one off of Woodruff."

"This is the worst fast food place in the area, let alone wingstop. The customer service is terrible. The drive through isn’t open, only known because employees park in the drive through exit to block people. The wait is forever long. Something is always wrong or missing from the order. I’ve given this store many chances, and they have failed to improve my opinion of them. Today is the last day they will ever receive my money. Save yours."

"FYI, there is NO way to cancel or refund an online order within the app or at store if food is not available at pickup. Ordered online, arrived about an hour later after app notification that food was ready. Food was not ready and I was told it would be 2 or so hours. I asked for a refund and was rudely told to cancel within the app. After leaving I figured out that's not possible. Called back and no one answered the phone. Eventually received a refund after calling the store around 10 times the next day before the manager finally answered the phone. She had to have the district manager approve the refund the following week. Please don't accept orders that you know you can't honor! Wasted an hour and a half of my day off work."

"This place…smh!! I have been nothing but nice to the people and this place has been nothing but RUDE and Disrespectful. Let me explain! I ordered wings went to pick them up and was told all wings were frozen it would be a 2hr wait (no big deal I’ll just take a refund) while the guy was telling everyone in the restaurant (packed) he was yelling and had an attitude sucking his teeth and throwing his hands in the air.. Was told to call the next day for my refund. Called and was told I would have to come back up to the location. Finally got someone to do the refund over the phone (GM I’m guessing) I was told I would get my refund within 5-7 days. It has currently been 12 days (no refund). When I called this afternoon the man that answered the phone asked “why you just now calling back” “what do you want me to do” “GM will be here in the morning call her back” “I can’t do nothing about it”… Again I have been nothing but NICE to these people and I always get attitude from the time they pick up the phone. SAD!!"
