"I placed an online order at 5:30PM, at 8:50pm I called since my order hasn’t been delivered yet, and the person who answered the phone (Erica) said it was was “assigned to DoorDash” yet when she checked it was not the case. They canceled and “remade” my food, but when it arrived 3 hours after I had placed the initial order, the sauces were both broken and the wings had very obviously just sat on a hot shelf since the first order. Tried calling back and was left on hold via multiple phone calls for over an hour, and now they’re just repeatedly hanging up the phone. Will NEVER be returning."

"Ordered wings and a buffalo chicken pizza, 30 min later I got my wings and a barbecue chicken pizza? Called to see what the issue was, and was left on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally was able to speak to someone, they refused refelivery and could only offer a credit."

"This is the WORST place to order pizza from. While I type this, my friend is on hold for the THIRD time....wait, let me correct that...the first girl HUNG UP on him. The second person, a guy, placed him on hold without saying he would. A third person, a woman, picked up, took his information like the guy did and put him on hold. At NO time have they explained why he was on hold. I've worked on fast food and have managed shifts. It's clear that the people on this shift (7:21 pm EST on 12/14/23) are happily playing on the phone. Considering I've had a family member receive half done pizzas from this same store, I'm disappointed in myself for giving them another chance. Disgusting service."

"I just picked up an online order. I walk in and 2 employees are just sitting behind the counter on their phones. The lady looked at me and turned her head. Luckily my face read I’m ready to go and she whispered someone else would be with me. I feel it’s rude to be in customers faces and not acknowledge them or put your phone down to help. It’s a busy time and people just want to pick up their food and get home. The customer service definitely left a bad taste in my mouth."

"I tell you what, I’m 57 and have ordered, had delivered, and ate in the restaurant from pa to Florida and can’t fathom how many delivery orders I’ve placed, gotta be 100’s This was the fastest, hottest, best Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had delivered in my life including the delivery driver. Hit it on all cylinders!!! Perfect. If it’s bad I’ll call it but this was flawless and I’m a 40 year restaurant cook manager gm. Sais a lot for the leaders and staff. Great job folks, get the order, it’s only a few minutes away, 2 minutes to build 6-7 minutes in the oven Placed the order at 8:58 and he was ringing my doorbell at 9:17 That’s like dam near a miracle.
