"I seriously don’t know how the health dept hasn’t shut down this location. I’m in the food safety industry and I saw violations at every turn. The place was obviously understaffed. The glass barriers in the ordering line were super dusty, the floors were dirty (food crumbs & napkins, trash cans overflowing, the salsa bar looked like an enticing bacteria pool, the drink dispenser was stained from all the splashing of the various flavors slashing unto the cups and the bathrooms were a nightmare. To top it all, one of the BURRISTAS walks across the spare floor with his pants hanging low and no belt. Crack was the last thing I was in the mood for. This place needs some serious management attention"

"Decent food and nice staff. My family of four go at least 2 times a month. Last 4 months this location have been understaffed and the workers run around to keep up. They do a great job."

"A young lady handling the food was not wearing gloves, smoothing out the sheets with her bare palm and moving food around with her nails - everyone else was gloved, except her. I threw my food away as soon as I walked out. I’ll never come back to this location. If you have a glove policy, enforce it. And don’t let cashiers use the same gloves to to take money and prep food. Or don’t have the policy so that’s the standard and people can choose to eat here or not based on your policy. Some people don’t care, but some of us do."

"I don’t ever leave reviews, and the only reason I’m leaving one today is because of how bad my to-go order was. This is straight out of the foil that they wrapped it in. The insides were spilling all inside the bag and it was completely falling apart. I usually have okay experiences here, but this time was way worse than normal. I’m just super disappointed, and for a $27 dollar meal for two, the service and food should be better than this. It’s going to be a while before I go back to this location."

"This was my first time coming here and it was quite a good experience. The man preparing our food was so friendly and welcoming. I got some personalized nachos with steak, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. The food here is so fresh and I will definitely be returning here again. The only thing is, they are bit expensive and seem to charge more for such small toppings and items."
