"My wife and I took our baby and dog for a hike on this pretty 3/4-mile trail. Parking is limited but we didn't have an issue on a weekend though it was winter. The easy trail follows Vaughn Creek upstream past Siller's Falls and ends where the river flows through a tunnel under the railroad. Nice area for a relaxing walk in nature."
"Beautiful, easy trail. Takes about an hour if you have kids with you and you stop a lot for pictures. Lol. Mostly shaded and runs along a creek. A few smaller water tumblers along the way. We saw lots of people who like to bring their dogs to walk here. Some places can be muddy from rain, and there are roots in the trail, so pick up your feet. :-)"
"Absolutely beautiful! The trail is relatively flat and very easy to follow."
"So grateful to find this trail. It was a beautiful + very calm walk. •Don't forget to bring drinking water!• The trail is well kept, fairly flat and wide. Also small human, picnic (pack in, pack out) and pet friendly! There are plenty of places to sit along the trail and no shortage of places to play in the water. The water is stunning emerald, you can see large rocks and small fish through it. You see an occasional snake, frogs, turtles and birds. The flora is incredible and my favorite part! The moss covering the trees and the tree "bent" by Native Americans was the most fascinating. Finally the tunnel at the end is exciting and we managed to spot a huge snapping turtle inside. I would come as a group or alone. Either way, it's beautiful, intriguing and very enjoyable for both calm and exercise."
"So awesome, found this by accident after taking a wrong turn. Silver’s Falls- Terrys Trail. Took the hike and it’s beautiful and wide and nice for dogs as well."
