"It's OK, depends on what day you catch them really and what time. It's all you can eat, and it's only like 13 bucks plus drink. So I can't complain to much about that. Cheaper than cooking at home if you think about it for two people. If you have kids with you, it can be expensive. The bathrooms are in need of an update pretty bad as well. And there is normally someone out back smoking. So that's kind of a turn off. But ill get over it. What we b don't see is what I'm scared of. Lol"
"My wife and I were in the area for visit to the prison and had to find something to do for an hour or so. As we head to the prison we saw the buffet sign and both said might have to stop there so we decided that we would go there to eat while we had to wait to see the inmate we came to see. When we got back to eat we walked in and I noticed the great atmosphere and cleanliness of the place and was happy. For a buffet place they didn't have a lot of choices but what they did was good. First thing I saw that I hadn't had in a long time was the fried green tomatoes which were good, then the meatloaf was good as well. I decided to grab some dessert on my first time up and got what I read as apple cobbler. I ate the cobbler and was very happy with it along with the fried chicken. When I went up for my second plate they brought out fresh pan of BBQ ribs so I grabbed some of them, more fried chicken, chicken broccoli cheese rice and boiled cabbage. All were very good but the ribs were so tender and delicious that went back to get a few more of them and also more of the cobbler. At this point when scooping out the cobbler I noticed that it wasn't apples in but pineapple so I looked at the sign and that's what it's said I was getting was pineapple cobbler. I topped the cobbler with a little ice cream and went back to my table to eat. The ribs even better the second time and when I got into the pineapple cobbler with ice cream I was like in heaven it was that darn good. Thank you for the cooks and servers whom made the food and help keep the place looking good. If the family and I are in the area again we will be stopping in again. Praise be to the BBQ ribs and pineapple cobbler top of the list of my favorites. As for prices I thought it was right for what we had let alone about the normal for a buffet which I know a lot about since if I can it's the type of place I love to go to eat. Hope to see you all soon and keep up the great work you guys do"
"Good place if you want to eat country-style food and you want an all-you-can-eat buffet. Friday night is fish night. So, we go to let my boyfriend eat up on the fish. I eat vegetables. There are plenty to choose from. They have a salad bar and dessert bars. Great table service for never-ending sweet tea. It is $13.00 per person to eat."
"$13.00 incl sweet tea. Friendly and helpful waitress. Excellent fried chicken and fish. Shepard's Pie was very tasty. Greens or spinach good taste - needed "fat-back" to complete the "soul food" feeling. Corn kernels as expected. Peach cobbler was spongy. Fountain frozen vanilla as expected."
"Probably the best food option in the town. I ate here three times and enjoyed every bite. I’m just sad I’m leaving town before Hot Wing buffet Thursday! Loved the baked chicken the best, fried chicken also good but could use a little more spices in the breading. Meatloaf was dry and a bit burnt, but the flavor was good. The collard greens were the best vegetable hands down. Super nice staff and oh that sweet tea was so good I’ve now got diabetes. I won’t be back in the area for 3 years but I guarantee I’ll stop in!"
