"They lie to customers I would not recommend them to a homeless person to do any business with this bank."
"Have been banking with Safe for almost 5 years. I have 2 auto loans, a personal loan, and another personal Cash Quick loan, checking and savings. Went into the branch and met with Gavin. Advised him I was charged a $20 application fee for another Cash Quick Loan. I didn't realize that you couldn't have 2 loans at the same time. The system charged me a $20 app fee to tell me that, I did not apply, I was neither approved, nor denied. Gavin stated he would get the fee credited back to my account one way or the other. The next day, no credit, contacted customer service. They advised they could not credit and Gavin would have to handle it in conjunction with the loan department. Next day, nothing even though Gavin was aware. I'll eat the 20 bucks, just find it crazy that with a near-perfect history and multiple accounts and loans with this bank, they take me for the 20 bucks and see no issue with it. Your customer service leaves something to be desired. It's ridiculous just trying to get through to a person. Safe, I'll pay the charge, but extremely disappointed. You're doing this because you can. Garneys Ferry Location, done with you."
"I was having trouble with the online applications for a personal loan so I decided to come in person. First off I was greeted at the door with Smiles which at my Bank never happens. Gavin took care of me quickly and was very helpful.I had a lot of questions being this was my first personal loan. Just wanted to thank you guys for being kind to a stranger and helping with my loan. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would."
