"Going today to close all accounts! Banked here for 4 years and they will not ever answer the phone! Called service center over weekend go someone in the country of Columbia, South America, who could barely speak English and I couldn’t understand! Pitiful what our American companies have done to us!"

"They don’t answer the phone, ever. It just rings and rings. Called 5 days in a row for an hour+. kinda surprising for a bank, they don’t care about you, they just want your money!"

"Absolutely terrible. Money is pending for days upon days and then they'll charge an overdraft even though there's money pending and they'll refuse to close the account that you're trying to close because they have pending over draft charges even if there was money in the account. Terrible customer service, people are rude over the phone and don't know how to answer a simple question. Somehow this bank is still in business but hopefully won't be for too much longer. Absolutely terrible bank"
