"While I was in the hospital, I reserved a room in this Hampton for my Bride to spend the night of 11 Oct 2023. When she arrived to check in, the individual working the counter initially did not want to let her check in because I was not present with her. She finally was given keys and allowed to check in. I reserved a room with two queen beds because our daughter was possibly staying also. When she opened the door to the room she discovered that only one of the beds was made (reference pictures). She then tried to reheat something to eat and the microwave did not work. She indicated it was noisier than what we were used to in the hallway until later in the night. She initially did not report any of this. When she went to check out the next morning, the desk clerk made the mistake of asking if everything was ok. She then shared her experience from the previous night. They apologized and added a few extra Hilton Honors points to my account."

"Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a Hampton Inn in my 30 years of traveling for my job. There was hair and ants ALL over the bathroom floor. I called the desk and they said they had to move me to another room. Another nasty room. With hair stuck to the floor and bathroom door!! The something that I could only describe as lump coughed up spit on the shower wall!! I took pictures of everything and the front desk agreed it was disgusting. I left at almost 12 midnight to find another hotel. I had to call a couple of times, but I did get a refund. It made me feel the rooms were not clean and unsanitary even if the price was good."
