"I have been a patient here for several years. I received a letter recently stating my physician Dr Fisher-Glover is leaving the practice. I wanted to take a minute to express how disappointed I’ve been with her. Also there has been no follow through with getting another physician lined up to continue patient care. Basically they’re just leaving patients hanging. Dr Glover in a nutshell has always overprescribed medications but underprescribed when you truly need one. In the first month I saw her she had me on an additional 4 medications and when I experienced a side effect she would just prescribe another medication. I recently had diverticulitis which I get chronically and she left me in pain when other doctors have prescribed a medication protocol that works in the past, within the same practice network. Any well educated physician knows that chronic diverticulitis can be extremely painful and I have also experienced a micro perforation from this condition in the past. They typically prescribed Flagyl, Zofran for nausea and tramadol for pain because tramadol is non-constipating like other pain medication’s can be. She clearly did not take the time to look at my records and treatment from the past nor is she educated about this condition at all to leave someone in so much pain. She gave no explanation and furthermore I am not someone who typically takes pain medication or has ever asked for it in the past with the exception of a few times over the years diverticulitis cases. She had no clear or logical reason to leave me in pain unless she did it just to be cruel. In addition, not one time did I ever feel like she really listened to me or cared. She always seemed overworked and detached. It’s probably a good thing she is leaving. I certainly hope they follow through with a new doctor for patients and take care of them because she certainly didn’t. To be a older physician, who I have to assume has been practicing medicine for many years, I found her to be extremely uneducated, and unknowledgeable, and not capable of treating anything more complex than a common cold. Her go to solution is just a slap a Band-Aid on it by prescribing a medication probably one she has not re-searched and knows nothing about. I do hope they set their standards a little higher with the next PCP at this practice."

"Dr. Becky and Dr. Odette are excellent providers. Both are highly competent and strive to meet their patients needs. The staff as a whole are kind, and work hard to serve the community. I have had nothing but the best experiences working with this practice."
