"No sense of urgency from the employees whatsoever. They were out of what I wanted (as usual), so I decided to go elsewhere, but I couldn't get out of the drivethru until the person in front of me left. I was stuck for an eternity waiting for them to finish that person's order. Honestly, with the way things are run here, this place deserves to lose to Chick-Fil-A across the street, and I don't even like them."

"Drove through in December 2023. Wasn't awful-they got my order wrong (I ate it anyway) and it took about 20 mins to drive through even with 1 car in front of me. 3 stars because at least its not the nightmare of the downtown taco bell."

"I'm afraid this was not a good visit. I understand being short staffed, but tonight, we waited for over 45 minutes for our second order (our son had placed an order for his family right after after us). By the time their food came out, our order was cold and no longer edible. The woman that was waiting on us was very pleasant, but the man that worked the food line was incredibly rude. He yelled at us, saying that we weren't to open the door for other people (lobby was now closed) when we hadn't opened it at all. At this point, my grandkids were getting upset and rightfully so... they were hungry and tired. We just wanted some food after seeing the lights at the park. Will not be going back to this location again. Not sure we will go to Taco Bell again, anywhere. To the lady that helped, thank you. You were very kind to offer extra tacos when you were out of the dorito shells we had asked for. As to the rude man in the back, you might want to reconsider your choice in career.. Maybe you were having a bad night, but good customer service should never be sacrificed."

"All they do is talk to each other having a grand old time while they have 6+ cars in the drive thru and have terrible customer service skills. Our experience with this place was just terrible. Edit: while we were pulling off the guy was mad and said “no have a good day?” Because we pulled off after receiving our food."

"This was the worst food quality Taco Bell that we have been to. Very skimpy on ingredients. The Beefy 5 layer burrito was more like 1 layer. The Crunch Wrap Supreme had nothing barely in it. And it tasted like old grease. Pick another Taco Bell- this one is skimping on ingredients. The only plus at this place was Rose as our cashier."
