Wendy's

"It's nice, but they always seem to be understaffed when I visit. About 30 % of my orders be missing something...nuggets, pecans. I've learned to check my order before leaving the parking lot. (I know, this is a "Duh") The managers/staffs are nice and friendly. I regularly go there, just show some patience if their busy."

"If I could give it negative stars, I would. I had a long day with more stuff to do and just wanted something small to eat, literally chicken nuggets would have done. I sat in the drive through for about 5 mins before my turn at the menu. Ten minutes later, not a single person had even said hello. Clearly, whoever owns this business does not care about it at all, as they only had two people working and one was on a smoke break. Everybody needs a break. I get that. But the owner of this establishment needs to either hire more help or just shut down. Absolutely a waste of space. Also, when this review asked me below what I got? A big fat nothing! Which is what the owner should eat every night."

"We went just before 7pm on a Wednesday night and I just have to say, this Wendy's had the best peppermint frostys and the most wonderful cashier who was just so kind and helpful and made our experience the best before we went to go see the lights on James Island!"

"Worst customer service, worst food at any Wendy’s I have ever eaten at. These people should be embarrassed of the food they serve. The district manager should be shamed of themselves for putting this product out. If you wouldn’t eat it then why would you serve it. As a former Wendy’s employee it’s sad to see how bad this food and location is. The worked her are by far the laziest, most disrespectful people on James island. Must be a prerequisite for the job. Won’t eat here again."

"The worst when they don’t prioritize customers over their own personal agenda. Door open to business but when you go, in they say go wait in car line drive thru only!!! Even though the order is done sitting there. . 10 cars deep!!! Why in the hell would I order mobile app and wait while my food sits there getting cold ???"
