"The young lady at the window was very rude! We had to wait for our order, then after waiting for about 20 minutes we went inside to see the progress of our food. The whole staff had no idea we even ordered. We asked for a refund but was told, "We don't do that here." If you don't know how to do the refunds, just say that. Get someone who can. All in all, it was a bad experience. Some rude staff, nobody knowing what's going on. The food was okay."

"While in the drive-through, placing my order, I saw a young lady with the Taco Bell headset and hat come from walking from the Chinese restaurant through the drive-through directly into the restaurant, which was the same lady who ended up taking my money when I got to the window letting me know she did not even wash her hands re-entering the restaurant. I was then told when I got to the window that I needed to drive around and wait for more items on my order as they were not ready. I waited five minutes, then got out my car walked inside and told him I would just take the food that is ready. She then said very smartly. Your food is ready now I don’t know why people act like they don’t have patience. This lady was very unprofessional, very unsanitary, and I will not be eating here at this establishment ever again, they have ruined this new Taco Bell with horrible employees who do not care about their job. They are just there to get a paycheck."

"Everyone was nice here, Especially jaquan and the manager... The girl working the drive through was on break when I walked in. No hello or anything, Just told me I need to use the kiosk for ordering. What I wanted wasn't on the kiosk.. All the other employees were nice enough to help... Even giving me a complimentary burrito... The other girl working the drive through needs to have a little bit more manners when working with the public. The only reason i'm giving a five star rating is because they don't deserve to suffer from her slack or rude attitude..."

"This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. We sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. I called the store and they said they were backed up and to come inside to pickup our order. Went in and they had nothing for us. Asked for our ticket? Ticket? We just came from the drive thru line. There was one very large woman (seemed like the only person close to a manager) who was rude and unhelpful. I just walked out wasting 30+ minutes for 2 tacos for my daughter after an evening class. This place is a joke. Whoever owns it should check how much food they are wasting because at least 10 other cars left the line and gave up."
