Dunkin'

"First of all why do they close the doors to the lobby at 5pm? Anyway, picked up an order at the drive through for DoorDash. They ordered a lemonade type drink and a 6 pack of doughnuts. I was the only one in the drive thru and didn’t look like anyone had been there for a minute. The drink was ready (and clearly watered down) yet it took them literally 8 minutes to put 6 doughnuts into a box. I know they didn’t just cook those doughnuts so why did it take 8 minutes? The lobby was closed so they weren’t tending to other customers. No one else in drive thru. I read a bunch of the other reviews and I do think they all are right on the ball. This place is really not good. Not easy to get to during breakfast, lunch or dinner and they close the lobby at 5 even though they don’t close until 7. I just don’t get any of it."

"Where do I begin? 4 in the afternoon, no customers in parking lot, none in drive through besides us. We pulled up and they asked us to please wait.. 8 minutes later they tried to take our order. They were very confused by a 2 coffee, 3 donut order. Offered optional donuts and said they were out of what we asked for. So we picked one. Got our order. Now 15 minutes into being the only car there. Coffees were wrong and they gave us 3 random donuts we didn’t even ask for."

"HORRIBLE!!!! The younger who took me order seemed agitated and was unhelpful. My coffee was cold and overly sweet. The cup had obviously been spilled as it was huge drip marks down the side and the cup wasn’t full. The hash browns tasted funny and were soggy and soft. Which is interesting considering i was asked to pull to the side and wait for them. My donut holes were not fully covered in glaze and were hard. I haven’t been to dunkin donuts in years and I plan to never return."

"Ordered online and i could not eat anything. The hash browns were stale and the sandwhich was cold and the wrap was a joke. Maybe the doughnuts are ok but the food they served me was really disgusting."
