"My wife and I had the deluxe fish sandwich with fries. Arbys always has very good quality food, but the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was very clean, and it seemed that it had been remodeled recently."
"I had not eaten at Arby's in years. Ordered the standard roast beef meal, plus their new Macaroni and Cheese Bites. Food was okay, but I can see why so many chains are being sued for false advertising. The Bites were barely an inch in diameter. You only get 4. At $3.89, that's nearly $1 per Bite. And they are simply not that good. Had I known, I would never have ordered them. They asked if I wanted curly or krinkled fries. I ordered krinkled, but I got mostly curly. Not that big a deal, but it's such a simple job."
"Only person at drive thru. I ordered the new burger with curly fries every thing was cold the tomatoes was soggy looked old they only was serving tea because the soda machine was down. Im never coming back. I was literally the only car there and received horrible food."
"Very good customer service, the woman taking our order was very nice. I got the brisket sandwich and it was good, but it was cold, so that was a bummer. It tasted really good though. The curly fries were also good, but again, they were cold. The strawberry lemonade was very nice! Super nice and sweet and also a bit sour, I liked it a lot. It was also pretty clean inside."
