Wendy's,

"I don't want to be too mean, but, I drive an 18 wheeler and I had to walk up to the window and pick up my mobile order... The manager lady was really harsh to me, saying she couldn't serve me because I was a walk up. I had to explain that I had already paid with my mobile app and I wasn't a vagrant nor a trouble maker... I asked the next customer in line if he could ask for my food for me... He did... But, finally, they agreed to give me my order. I think this restaurant has trouble with people coming up to the drive thru window from the nextdoor motel begging for food or something... The lady who first talked to me was very harsh, just about ran me off... Pretty sure she was the evening manager. The regular cashier, young lady, at the window, tried to explain to me the problems they have there."

"I sat in the drive through for almost 1/2 hour. The dining room was closed. I order a large chocolate frosty which I was craving. I got a medium and I drank it instead of spooning it out. It was barely cold let alone frozen. Ridiculous. They had one job... And if the machine was malfunctioning then the right thing to do was to inform me and not hand me a chocolate milk."

"This restaurant has a single file carryout. I ordered a Dave's Double and got two tiny cheeseburgers and two chicken nuggets and fries.The only part of the order that was correct was the drink. If you watch the movie waitting I am told these are future leaders.????"

"First time eating at this location. The "chilli" was just cold bean soup. Practically no meat. I've had chili before at other Wendy's and the quality have been way better than what I received. They should have said they were out than to give a customer this. Yuck."

"I was in an accident and my daughter and I had to sit in Wendy’s for a 7 hours as we were 3 hrs away feon home trying to find a rental car and because they said there were no at AlL in Charleston, we had to wait for my daddy to dive all the way to Charleston, ….. and back to Rock Hill. Thank you Wendy’s!!!!"
