"I struggled to give tbis one sfar. Ordered on the mobile app. My order was never placed as the entire staff was high and swearing and smoking in leaf in the bathroom. The whole place smells like dirty bong water. No one acknowledged me or the others waiting. No refund after I waited for over 30 minutes and attempted to cancel the order. The staff is rude and used racial slurs. They supposedly “renovated” this TB, however they need to just close. I have never seen service this bad. Don’t eat here. Don’t go here. Go to Chick-Fil-A or McDonald’s on Magwood."

"The service here is awful!! I was yelled at stating I had been at the window for 13 minutes while I just received my food and did not get everything I ordered!! I can’t help how long you take to give me my food!! Wow is all I can say! The poor boy at the window is new and not trained at all and getting yelled at because he hasn’t been trained on what to do yet! These employees have no respect for their customers! My food was just thrown in a bag and basically thrown at me. Quesadilla wasn’t cut and looks like old food was burnt on it. Hands down worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Don’t go!!"

"The food was delicious. The store is dingy and dirty. No music is playing. If a worker smiled, I would have been shocked. I waited at the register for a while before I gave up and went to the kiosk. It feels oppressive, a real sweatshop vibe.. They forgot the condiments, but I guess they figured I could get them since I was inside the store."

"Terrible. Over half hour waiting after ordering. Restaurant is filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. Employees on break outside with 20+ cars waiting. Food thrown in bag and all contents of taco/chalupa fell out. Drive thru attendant Kazhmere is very rude. Food quality is really bad even for Taco Bell. Won’t ever be back to this location.
