"Great service! A young lady asked what type of sandwiches I like hot or cold. I said hot, and she hook up a bomb jalapeño Philly steak. Of course, she asked if I was cool with jalapeños. Thank you. Great service."

"After reading previous reviews, it seems training may have taken place. My experience today was wonderful! Service was excellent & polite. My husband and I both ordered the #17 and they were perfect. The ladies working today, Dec 4 at 2pm, were all great and did an excellent job! Management please recognize this team!"

"Training is definitely needed here at this store. My family and I ate here Oct. 27 about a hour and a half before closing. We ordered our sandwiches, I got a hott sub while my husband and daughter got cold ones. The young girl putting the condiments on the cold subs was very nice. The other young lady with a long brown braid that took my order was flirting with the man behind us, when he ordered the same sub I did, on the same bread, she advised him to pick another bread, because that type was old and not fresh (I was not told this) I watched them lay the meat on the grill for my sub. My husband and daughter got their subs. We all sat down and I waited and waited. The young lady with the brown hair was quick to hand off the sub to this man that was behind me while I still had no sub. I stood up by the cashier as he was paying. She looked at me and ask what I wanted. I replied “my sub” she took the meat that was cooking meant for my sub to make this man’s sub faster and completely forgot about mine. By the time she made another, my daughter and husband were just about done eating. Just seemed so desperate for a mans attention that she did not do her job."

"I have been coming wkly the past couple of months. A few times I thought the employees could be a little more welcoming. I go for the food, but also a welcoming atmosphere. The last few weeks I’ve noticed they are more talkative and say hello when you walk in. The 2 that do the finishing toppings most of the time are great at asking how the customers day is going. Most of us are trying to take a break from our own jobs for lunch, so a great atmosphere is needed. I appreciate the improvement of customer service. I will give them all credit for working hard with all the sandwiches they keep with for the online orders and walk ins. The place is also kept clean."

"Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey mikes. My sub was cold which is surprising considering it just came off the grill. The last time we were here they put jalapeños on and didn’t care. I walked in to talk to them about my sub and they continually looked at me and just kept doing what they were doing. And I wasn’t the only person in there. Highly recommend just going to the one in Savannah, at least they’ll get the sub right. Edit; I shouldn’t find anything crunchy in my sandwich"
