"Giving this a one star for one very particular reason. The manager, I’m assuming that is who she was, was very dismissive when I returned with my coworker’s food that had a raw egg on top. She argumentatively told me that you don’t cook the yolk in a sunny side up egg. To which I responded that entire egg wasn’t cooked. She kept replying like that half a dozen times. I informed her that I know how to cook eggs… and that all of the white should be cooked through. Long story long, she remade the food, but didn’t give one apology and didn’t even make eye contact. I kept my demeanor as pleasant as possible. The server was the only saving grace. She was sweet and beyond helpful. Thank you, ma’am."

"We've eaten here before about a year ago and the food is okay for the most part, but today really ruined it. They claimed they weren't door dashing which is fine, but we originally ordered online through the HH website for pick up. But when I arrived to pick up the food, a clearly high employee (who was not in uniform) and another that went to hide in the back, claimed they didn't receive the order. It was obvious they didn't want to make anything because there was only 2 customers inside and it looked extremely dead. After explaining the order to him and that it was already paid for, he had no explanation and slurred his speech. After leaving, the 2 employees went out to meet with I'm assuming a friend to smoke with. The whole experience was unprofessional and I will definitely be looking into things. We hope the website will give us a refund for our time and money wasted. I'd highly avoid this location unless you're fine with this kind of productivity."

"Went in 35 minutes before close. They told me it was already 930 that the grill was closed. It was 925. I tried calling their phone they turn their phone off. This place does not need to run a business if they can’t do business through there business hours smh this why No one eats huddle house got a bunch of slobs working there. They can’t do their job. Typical huddle house."

"As for Huddle Houses, usually this one is a solid 4 if not a 5. This one seems to have gone downhill in the past few months. We received one part of our order, and in this cold restaurant, we’ve sat for about 25 minutes staring at this one plate without the rest of our order. When the other items with this meal arrive, this will be cold and soggy. They used to be all about the rush, but not today. We’re seeing the servers stand around socializing more then moving about the restaurant. Big Huddle House FAIL today. Edit - they made it right by replacing the country fried steak when bringing out the rest of my meal. But, when bringing out my hot meal, the other food arrived cold to the table. It would change the stars but 1> half of the restaurant was closed off, 2> it appeared that there were 5 or 6 women working the floor as servers, 3> two were at the grill, 4> it took over an hour to get all of the food on the table. Perhaps the next visit will be better."

"I haven’t been to Huddle House in quite some time but remembered last time I had the prime rib bits dinner and it was tasty. The sign says under new management but I still expected continuity. When I came in at 4:30pm, many of the tables had chairs turned upside down so you sit with chair legs near you that have been on the floor. It took some time to get service although the woman who took my order appeared to be the only server. She seemed to spend a bit of extra time with a large group drinking coffee who may have been friends or relatives. When my dinner arrived I was quite disappointed. I will post pictures of the menu item and what I received because last time my dinner looked like the picture. Sadly the mashed potatoes were cold, watery, and had a powdery taste. The macaroni & cheese was almost too salty to eat. The prime rib bits were tasty but no mushrooms, onions, or au jus. I was not checked on until being asked if I want my check - but this seems to be a theme I’ve noticed being a solo older woman almost everywhere. I am just so disappointed!"
