"The door was open. Then they said lobby was closed. I tried explaining I had two young children and was driving home to Ohio and had no where to eat. She screamed from across restaurant LOBBY IS CLOSED. Well maybe the door shouldn’t be open. Also there was 0 reason for lobby to be closed."

"Ordered on Kiosk and employee wouldn’t take cash. I said credit card was stolen. Had to pay cash. No manager. Employee had no name tag. Said I should leave because I had too much attitude. Said was being recorded. I’m a 67 year old nurse and have been driving from FL to CT. At that point didn’t want food because she would have spit in it. If McDonalds is going to hire kids they should train them to work the register even if it’s inconvenient. Avoid this ignorant location and it’s staff."

"As a customer, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this fast food restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes before they suddenly stopped taking orders. To make matters worse, an employee came out and only asked if anyone in the drive-thru was using delivery services like DoorDash or Uber Eats, completely ignoring the customers who had been waiting patiently to place orders. After waiting for a total of 45 minutes without any progress, my party and I decided to leave. What made the experience even more frustrating was the fact that the same car had been in the first position in line the entire time. It was only 9:15pm, and the restaurant's website claimed they were open until 11pm. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The lack of communication and disregard for customers who had been waiting for an extended period of time was unacceptable. As a result, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and efficient dining experience."
