"Opened right at 11. Friendly staff. Shrimp and flounder were so good!! Huge portion on fried okra. Fried pickles are tasty and large portion. Great stop off the interstate for lunch."

"First time ever dining here and I’ve got to say, I completely understand the allure. It has such a hometown classic vibe that makes you appreciate the town and food more. The lemonade is hands down one of the best lemonades & drinks I’ve ever had. It has got to be handmade bc I’ve never tasted anything premade that delicious before. I had the po’ boy shrimp sandwich and at first thought it looked kinda small. But it’s the perfect ratio of bread, tomato/lettuce & fried shrimp. I’m stuffed after eating 3 bites of the Mac salad, 1 hush puppy and 1 full po’boy. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I come through SC! Thanks for the great eats! I highly recommend!!!"

"Found this little gem from a Google search. We were traveling with our camper from Savannah to Charleston and wanted a place to grab a late lunch. Beased on the reviews it sounded like it would be very good and it was. We had fried shrimp baskets. One with fries and the other with fried okra. It was all excellent and served quickly. It was made to order and came out hot. You do order at the counter and then sit with a number on your table . They bring the food out to you. Drinks are where also fix yourself. To finish the meal, we had a banana pudding and it was delicious. I did notice they were doing a lot of to go orders. If you're in the area, be sure to stop and have a meal."

"Awesome fried seafood place! Legit piles of hand battered fried deliciousness. Shout-out to Alexis who was an absolute sweetheart. The family platters were a lot of eating! Missed doing the photos of the food because the family ate it all before I could get photos. Worth dropping by if passing the area!"

"Husband loved his burger. I ordered flounder but it was obviously a gamey river fish. I love fish of any kind but was disappointed it wasn't flounder . Hush puppies were quite good as was the dirty rice and onion rings. Staff super nice. Cool place"
