"Typically even though I longer do business with a company I do not leave a negative review. Global Lending has policy that ARE NOT written in All contracts as I was told by the representative that I spoke to this morning. So BE AWARE!!!!! I recently refinanced my vehicle through another lender. They (the new company) was kind enough to explain that I was due a refund on my GAP insurance through Global. After contacting my dealership they explained the process. I contacted Global Lending 2 separate times & was told that once they received payment & it cleared I would receive my check. At the latest 1/26/24 was given by the representative to have my refund in hand. Never once told about any waiting periods. The check was printed & sent 1/9/24 received & cleared by Global Lending bank via email proof from my dealership on 1/16/ 24. Now I’m being told by a “Higher Up” that it isn’t a written policy but I have to wait 30 days from that date which he states they reviewed it 1/17/24 for NO reasonable reason being ALL accounts are closed & get this they only mail checks in batches on Thursdays. So 30 days from 1/17 is Friday 2/16 I have to wait an additional 6 days & then 2-5 days depending on the U.S. postal service ability in February weather in South Carolina. So maybe in 40+ days on a policy that isn’t written. Oh & as for what I was told by the representatives that “THEY TRAIN” they aren’t responsible for BOTH of their mistakes. So read your policy and ASK QUESTIONS I am taking this as a lesson learned & sending CAUTION to those looking for a finance company"

"I see a lot of bad reviews on here so maybe, at some point, I’m in for a bad experience, but so far they have been nothing but helpful to me. I’m a truck driver and I had an issue with fraud so my bank account was frozen. Like I said before, I’m a truck driver and was on the other side of the country at the time so there was nothing I could do about it. I called to let them know the exact day that I would be home to settle the bank issue and pay the note. They noted it on my account and made sure it didn’t go against me. My bill ended up being only 11 days late but they were understanding, polite, and helpful. Yeah, they don’t speak perfect English but it’s plenty good enough to communicate back and forth easily enough. I’ve only done business with them for a little under a year, but so far so good."

"First let me say when you read all these bad reviews about Global Lending there’s always two sides to every story, and your only hearing one side on google reviews…. With that said, My Wife & I found a challenger that we’d been looking for at our local dealership and got it Financed through Global Lending, and we have had nothing but a good experience Throughout the process. Global Lending was very easy to deal with, we’ve communicated several times by phone & email and we’ve never had any problems getting through to them, and never spoke to a representative that didn’t speak clear English or was rude to us in any way (like other reviews mentioned). They’ve really made our financing process very easy, we even purchased extend warranty coverage & GAP insurance through them and had everything included in one monthly payment which makes things so easy!"

"I don’t like leaving reviews but my experience is quite absurd. Something needs to change. I have paid well over 1k in the past few weeks to get my bill up to date. Friday I called and spoke to a woman trying to confirm that my account is now up to date and she told me yes everything is fine now. Well I just got a notification that my credit has now decreased because of a “missed payment” when I paid what I needed to on time. I also have a few other things to address. When my mom passed in September from cervical cancer I asked for them to make a note in the system that my mother had just passed and that I am having to pay for the finances of it all by myself ( I’m 22 years old and a single mom I’m not rich and I’m normally on time always have been!!) shortly after that my engine blew up! And I had to pay 2,000 in a deductible in order to keep my car running. Both things were never addressed into my profile in fact your employee told me it wasn’t noted in the system and that you guys had no idea any of that occurred and was apologizing profoundly. I am so upset that I was lied to about my account being up to date if I knew it wasn’t I would’ve taken the measures to ensure it was like I have been."

"Me and my husband we were looking for a car one day and I found a car at a dealership it’s a 2016 Ford focus great car. The salesman at the dealership got us approved with global lending. I’ve had no issues with them. I called them, and. A little late they work with us. I think they are very nice company. They are polite. I have no issues with how they speak. They make money. They can work too. Everybody has a comment about they don’t speak English well guess what I can understand them. Thank you for helping us and giving us a car. We had bad Credit and that night we drove the car off the lot at 11 o’clock at night because the Salesman worked with us. Thank you Global lending"
