"Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude staff to the point when I pointed out their No Concealed carry sign, the representative waved her fingers at me and said bye bye. After having been pre approved for the loan. They have the right to post whatever they want, and I'm fine with that. As a former loyal customer I'll never do business with them again, and recommend anybody that believes in the Constitution, Should reevaluate their position with them as well. If nothing else read the posts, I should have before doing business with them."

"If i could give them 0 stars i would. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life. Tom was very very rude. He was reading my pay stub wrong and argued me down about it and when he figure out he was wrong he got a attitude. And when i asked him for his name he told be he didn’t have to give it to me and hung up. I had to call from a blocked number to get his name to call corporate. I will definitely be calling the better business bureau."
