"Dr. Butler, you’re lazy. You initially made a lazy medicine prescription for my child’s mental health issues which led us to seek a professional within your network. During the initial visit it was asked that you run blood work and you did a finger prick, lazy. During our time spent with a professional we asked if they would run the proper labs we requested initially to which they did. It was discovered that our child has a pretty high vitamin D deficiency. Per guidance of the professional we’re working to get those levels up and see if we can get off of the other meds. Be it mental health or the vitamin d deficiency causing the problem, my son has had intestinal issue’s. These issues have led to him missing substantial class time on a couple of occasions resulting in calls from the school. In needing to ensure everyone (nurse, counselor, teachers, etc) are on the same page I was needing to provide them written notification. Of course the professional had no issue providing us documentation for the mental health issue. I explained to your nurse that this was needed. She said it’d be no problem. I failed to mention it to you but figured you’d read the notes as I was simply asking for printed documentation. Upon leaving I asked the front office staff member for that note at which she called back to you and your response was wait 2-3 weeks to see if things get better. Are you serious? So I ask her to get you out as I would like to explain to you what’s transpired at school and you wouldn’t. So lazy and a coward? If I were there to try and convince you to give me drugs I would understand the way you handled the situation but for you to deny us a piece of paper stating we have a known issue we’re working through and then refuse to come and talk to me - sir, you are something else. For anyone else reading this it seems the Dr has good reviews. I’m sure he’s great when it’s something easy but when it requires additional effort and is something more than a cold, he’s not the guy."

"Recently moved and needed a copy of my sons shot records. I called and left at least 6 voice messages on the nurse hotline over two weeks and still haven’t received a call back so my son has to get his shots all over again making him sick! Every time I called the front desk they transfer me to voicemail. Go somewhere the nurses actually care about their job and not just there for a paycheck"

"We have been going here for YEARS. But today I took my daughter in for a sick appt. Everyone was wonderful. We did not wait long. The staff and Dr Wolf listened and addressed all concerns. The prescription was sent where we needed in a timely manner. Thank you all for making the visit great!"

"Poorly managed office that sometimes results in poor patient care. My child was prescribed a new medication and was not able to get it filled until a month later due to errors from this office and miscommunication on their part. Phone tag back and forth, be prepared to leave lots of voicemails and hope you can answer when they call. Made it very challenging since I was also at work. We would make specific appointments and they would not be scheduled correctly by the office staff which would put medical staff behind and not allow enough time allotted for the procedure to be completed. Twice we scheduled an appointment and somehow the appointments were canceled or deleted. I saved my appointment print out after this happened the first time. So, I was able to show them that this happened and was not my error. I was told the first time that I was mistaken and that I must have put the wrong date in my phone when the appt was being made. It is not convenient or fun finding a new PCP but it was absolutely necessary for us. Dr. Wulf is a great physician just surrounded by others that aren’t so great and appear not to care. The office has potential; hopefully, owners will care enough to turn it around but after several issues we had to leave."

"Been taking all 7 of our kids here for years. We even drive an hour. Really like most of the doctors & nurses but sick & tired of the front folks messing up our appointments! For example they'll schedule us for shots & when we go they say your not schedule for a wellness checkup so we can't give shots! We're finding a new office! This happens way too much!"
